By accessing or using our Website, software plugins, managed translation server networks, or any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our products or services.
1. License and Software Use All WordPress plugins and software distributed through this Website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later) unless specified otherwise. Upgrades, support, and premium cloud integrations (such as managed translation endpoints) are governed by the specific license tier purchased (e.g., Personal, Business, Agency) and are billed on a yearly subscription basis.
2. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals Premium licenses and managed network accesses are structured as yearly recurring subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date through your account dashboard or via our payment processor interface.
3. Server and API Abuse Policy If your product license includes access to our managed server infrastructure (including but not limited to translate.libre-server.com), you agree not to abuse the infrastructure. Forbidden activities include:

Deploying reverse-engineered clients to scrape data.

Initiating continuous, high-intensity translation bursts that bypass built-in optimization throttles or deliberately cause denial-of-service (DoS) conditions on our node cluster.

Sharing premium license activation tokens or server keys with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate server access for any license key found violating these performance policies.
4. Limitation of Liability Our software and managed infrastructure are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall NorthPublisher or n-software.net be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business profits, checkout bugs, or SEO indexing fluctuations) arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
