Since n-software.net exclusively distributes digital goods (WordPress software plugins, cloud access tokens, and license keys), physical shipping is not applicable. This Delivery Policy explains how our products are fulfilled and accessed upon a successful transaction.
1. Instant Electronic Delivery As soon as your order is processed and payment is confirmed by our secure merchant processor (Freemius), your product assets will be delivered electronically:

Email Delivery: An automated transactional email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This email contains your purchase receipt, license configuration keys, and a mirror download link for the installation package.
2. Customer Portal Access Your purchase automatically generates a secure customer profile on our network. You can log into your dashboard at any time to:

3. Delivery Failure and Technical Assistance If you do not receive your transactional confirmation email within 10 minutes of a completed purchase, please take the following steps:

Verify that your network firewall is not blocking transactional incoming scripts. If the asset delivery fails or if you encounter any script issues downloading your software package, please reach out immediately to our support team at admin@northpublisher.com with your transaction details. We will manually verify your license and re-route your access codes within 24 business hours.
