1. Try Before You Buy We provide a highly functional Free Version of our software. We strongly recommend downloading the free version first to verify server environment matching, test loopback URLs, and observe fundamental frontend behaviors before investing in our premium tiers.
2. Refund Conditions We issue full refunds within 14 days of the initial purchase date under the following conditions:

You have opened a ticket with our support desk (admin@northpublisher.com) and allowed us reasonable opportunity to patch the conflict or inspect server logs.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios We cannot issue refunds for cases involving a change of mind, if you lack the server architecture required for standalone deployments, or if your server violates our translation node safety limits causing license key throttling.
